Introduction

Areas of Focus	Perspective plan for (2023 - 2024)
Teaching and Learning	Development of more smart class rooms with state -of- the-art facilities. Use of more ICT tools for teaching and learning and e-learning. Encourage Add on Course for skill based learning program. Motivate faculty to student Exchange Program.
Research and Development	Encourage registration of more faculty with premier institutions and involve in collaborative research projects. Publish a greater number of research articles in UGC listed/refereed journals with good indexing and impact factor. Promote interdisciplinary research. Send proposals to various funds for the conduct of technical conferences. Encourage faculty to be trained in research journals. Promote faculty members to be trained under major/minor projects. Conduct National / International Level Conferences and Workshops. Provide seed money for R&D projects. Promote participation by teachers/faculty in national conferences / workshops / symposia.
Community Engagement	Inculcate a community orientation into curriculum of UG programs with credits. Increase NSS and NCC Units. Adoption of more Villages. Motivate greater involvement of local bodies in Community projects.
Human Resource Planning and Development	Organize more Faculty Development Programs. Improve Human Resource Planning. Affiliate and equip teachers in Orientation Courses and Refresher Courses. Promote Faculty Exchange Program.
Industry Interaction	Invite Industry experts for motivating students and to provide practical knowledge. Strengthen Campus placement and training facility by involving more Industry linkages. Promote student to work on projects in industries.
Internationalization	Promote more international clients to get admissions in college. Motivate tie-ups with International Universities for higher studies.

Enhance Academic Programs: Continuously improve existing academic programs by incorporating innovative teaching methods, and introducing value-added courses with significant student learning outcomes.

Strengthen Research and Development: Encourage faculty and students to engage in research and development, and enhance quality research outputs by providing academic support resources, research grants, and incentives.

Promote Community Engagement: Establish partnerships with local communities through extension programs, service-learning projects, and community-based participatory research to contribute to social and economic development.

Encourage Industry Collaboration: Build stronger industry connections through research activities, internships, industrial visits, and placements, to enhance students’ skills and employability.

Foster Human Resources Planning: Enhance faculty development programs, provide opportunities for advanced education, and strengthen HR planning for the academic and administrative staff.

Improve Infrastructure and Learning Resources: Upgrade existing facilities and infrastructure with modern amenities, laboratory equipment, and technology infrastructure to provide an enriching learning environment.

Integrate Innovation and Best Practices: Integrate best teaching practices, innovative methods, and technology solutions to enhance academic excellence, student development, and institutional performance.

Ensure Academic Flexibility and Employability: Establish and strengthen interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary courses, program-specific outcomes, and employability skills to maintain educational excellence.

Strengthen Governance and Leadership: Promote participatory leadership, transparency, and accountability to enhance institutional management and governance.

Expand International Collaboration: Establish collaborations with international universities, and research institutions to promote academic exchange programs, joint research, and cultural exchange initiatives.

Implement Quality Assurance Systems: Develop and implement a robust quality assurance framework to continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of educational programs, research activities, and administrative practices to ensure accreditation standards and enhance institutional performance.
