📋 Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification

Candidates seeking admission to the B.A. programme at Wilfred's PG Autonomous College must have successfully completed the Senior Secondary (10+2) examination or its equivalent from a recognized board of education. The qualifying examination must have been conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), or any other board. Students from the science, commerce, and humanities streams at the 10+2 level are all eligible to apply for the B.A. programme, making it an inclusive and accessible option for a wide range of applicants.

Minimum Marks Requirement

The minimum aggregate marks required for admission to the B.A. programme generally stand at 45% for the General category (CBSE, RBSE, NIOS) and 60% marks for Other Boards. For candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories, the minimum requirement is 42% aggregate, as per the reservation policy of the Government of Rajasthan.

Programme Duration and Pattern

The B.A. programme is a three-year undergraduate degree programme. Wilfreds College follows the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) as per UGC guidelines (NEP), under which the programme is structured into six semesters. Each academic year comprises two semesters, with examinations conducted at the end of each semester.
